Soul Focus

Updated: Apr 25, 2022

What is the most neglected Christian responsibility in our day?

The answers to these questions will likely vary but I truly believe with all my heart that bringing souls to Jesus would be at the top of the list.

My Sunday school teacher used to always say that the first thing that begins to “slip” in his Christian life is giving others the truth of the Gospel. Wow! That’s a powerful statement! We all are met with a thousand reasons to not witness to the lady at the grocery store or hand the clerk a Gospel tract. But what “doth the Lord thy God require of thee?” (Duet. 10:12). What does Jesus say about giving the Gospel?

For the next four weeks, we are going to dive into Soul Focused and discover the basic elements of winning people to Jesus.

Acts 1:8 tells us, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

But what if I am scared to talk to people?

Where do I start?

How much is “too much?”

What if they start to argue with me?

They just got saved, now what?

These are questions we all have but thankfully Jesus has all the answers! Here’s a sneak peak of Soul Focused:

Week #1 - Know the FACTS

The Demand. An Average of 44,000 people die every day without a knowledge of a Jesus!

The Management for Life. What’s the management that needs to take place in your life to make the work of the Gospel a priority again?

The Master Soul winner. Jesus gives us a perfect example of how we can be spread Hope to the world.
